The hotel is located centrally in Hue, making it easy to access various attractions and restaurants. The rooms offer a decent amount of comfort for the price, though some maintenance issues need attention. However, my overall experience was tarnished by poor service and unexpected extra charges at checkout, which left a bad taste. I would advise caution if considering this place, as there are many other options available in Hue.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and truly went out of their way to help. The rooms were certainly clean and comfortable, although we experienced a bit of mold, which was easily resolved by running the air conditioning. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, but breakfast options could be improved a bit. Overall, it was great value for money for a family trip.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Hue! The location is perfect, just minutes away from the Citadel and surrounded by local restaurants. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, coming with all the necessary amenities at an unbeatable price. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues with the bathroom and some noise from the street. Overall, it's a great value for a comfortable stay.
